Everybody experiences Anxiety & Stress at sometime in their life.

Anxiety is a natural response useful in helping us to avoid dangerous situations caused by excessive, fearful thoughts. It can vary in severity from mild uneasiness to terrifying panic attacks.

Stress is our body’s reaction to a trigger, a response that occurs usually in the form of an external situation. This can come in many different forms from physical, emotional, environmental or chronic stress.

We all function well on a certain amount of stress as this motivates us to get on with things. But in certain situations, when we react strongly, we create too much anxiety or stress in us, raising our levels to a point where we become overwhelmed and can find it hard to cope and this has a serious impact on our health causing physical, emotional exhaustion and illness.
